We provide Supported Housing and trained staff to help individuals living with mental health needs, physical health needs, sensory impairment, complex health needs, tenancy, develop independent living skills and access community services. Our supported living service offers a range of benefits for people with assessed needs by promoting overall well-being and enhancing quality of life.
We offer different types of living environments, including independent flats and shared homes with communal spaces. Our team will support you to understand your options, and help you to find the perfect home.
The support we offer is flexible.
We can help with personal care needs, complex care with nursing and managing finances, or support you to find education, work or leisure activities. You decide on the support you want and how often you need it. Our teams will work closely with you to co-create a personalised support plan focusing on your goals, interests, and skills.
Our teams receive on-going support from a number of professionals, including specialist service managers, dedicated Therapy Co-ordinators, Neuro-therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists, Cognitive Behaviour Therapists, Counsellors, Art, Drama and Music Therapists.
Nursing Care and Home Carers
MHC Nursing offers a fully managed Clinical Nursing service to people in the comfort of their own home. Our Nurses are recruited for their empathy, knowledge, skills commitment and experience.
We offer flexible services from short-term to long term basis.
Our Private nurse service is an alternative to being in a hospital, hospice, Nursing home or care home.
Our Home carer service provides flexible short term or long term support. From 4 hours to constant round the clock person centred care and support within the comfort of your own home your home (an alternative to care home). Our Live in care service is tailored to your specific care needs, preferences and request.
Our live-in carers are fully trained, reference checked, Enhanced DBS checked, has good track records, professional and compassionate..
Our Private Home Carer services is an alternative to being in a care home.
